What happens if weather conditions are not suitable for my lesson? (no wind, too much wind, bad weather)

The safety of our students is our top priority — we never go out on the water in unsafe conditions.

If your lesson must be cancelled due to unfavourable weather conditions (insufficient wind, wind that is too strong or gusty, thunderstorms, etc.), we will rebook your lesson as soon as possible. You keep your spot at the very top of our priority list — you will be among the first to be contacted when conditions are ideal.

If we are unable to reschedule and provide your lesson, we will refund the full amount paid.
